2008: It's One Part Two: The Michigan Primary

So the second official primary has produced some interesting results so here they are:

Results of the Democratic primary:

Clinton - 55%
Uncommitted - 40%
Kunich - 4%

So this newcomer Uncommitted is getting a substantial following among Michigan Democrats. :)
But seriously, are the people in Michigan really this indecisive?
And Kunich?!? This guy is still running?

Results of the Republican primary:

Romney - 39%
McCain - 30%
Huckabee - 16%

Thompson only got 4% of the vote. Of course, on the bright side, Giuliani only got 3%.

So it seems that the race for the Republican nomination is way more interesting than on the Democratic side in my opinion.

In other election news, it seems that the front runner for the Libertarian Party's nomination for President is currently Wayne Allyn Root.

Next Stop!!!! South Carolina on Nov 19th.

  1. "Uncommitted" means "I wanted to vote for Obama/Edwards/etc., but he wasn't on the ballot". Write-ins were not counted. See http://www.woodtv.com/Global/story.asp?S=7580904
