Brogdon's Opt-Out Bill passes State Senate

By a vote of 36-11, the Senate passed a measure to amend the state Constitution that, if passed by the voters, would prohibit any law that would REQUIRE a person to obtain health care insurance.

Actually, the law, if passed, would do much more than that but I feel this is the most important stipulation in my opinion.

Brogdon, who is running for governor of Oklahoma has stated that the ObamaCare bill is unconstitutional and vows to
"do everything I can to stand between the people and a tyrannical federal government."
