Brogdon Wins Tulsa Straw Poll

A straw poll taken at a GOP rally in Tulsa County this weekend Brogdon has a surprising lead over favorite Mary Fallin.

According to the poll, State Senator Randy Brogdon took 68.4% of the vote over Fallin's 23.6%.

If this straw polls is any indication of what happens in the July primary (and sadly I don't think that it is), Brogdon may actually have a chance at taking the Republican nomination for governor.

Other straw polls were taken at the rally as well.

Incumbent Congressman John Sullivan took 52.9% of the vote.
John Wright took 35.7% in the vote for Attorney General.
