Third Party Spotlight: Working Families Party

The Working Families Party is a party that was put together in New York by a combination of community organizations, neighborhood activists and labor unions.

They strive to see "an economy that works for everyone, where politicians put working people before CEOs..."

Here's another quote from their website:
"Lots of voters aren't satisfied with the narrow choices offered by the major parties. But in most states, voters have two lousy options to choose from: the 'lesser of two evils,' or the 'wasted vote' on a third party."

For the most part this state is confined to the New York city area but there are also chapters in Connecticut, Deleware, Oregon, South Carolina and Vermont but nothing in Oklahoma.
