Just out of curiosity, I checked on Randy Grau, the House member from Edmond, and he came up 17th on the list with a score of 83.
This list, by the way, did rank Republicans AND Democrats. The top 11, however, ended up being all Republicans in both Houses.
It appears that the House is more conservative than the Senate.
