As expected, Senator Clark Jolley sided with the insurance industry over the people of Oklahoma today.

HB1021, the bill that would essentially nullify the Affordable Care Act in Oklahoma, was to be heard in the Senate Appropriations Committee after making its way through the Rules Committee last week.

Senator Clark Jolley, as head of the Senate Appropriations Committee, did not allow it to be heard, stalling the bill in the Senate yet another time.

What is Senator Jolley's problem with the U.S. Constitution? Why does he consistently side with big business over the people of Oklahoma?

Communication received again Senator Jolley. We know who pays your bills.
